Laura Scott

Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make, and Laura, a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®, approaches each transaction with that in mind. She is a savvy negotiator who pays close attention to each and every term of the deal. And, her ultimate goal is to ensure that her clients are fully satisfied with her service and that they are comfortable with those all-important terms.

Laura grew up in Dudley, Massachusetts and is a graduate of Shepherd Hill Regional High School. She then lived in the Boston area while obtaining her B.A. in Communications from Simmons College and her J.D. from New England School of Law, respectively.

Laura now resides in Boylston with her husband and their fabulous brood of felines. Because she’s spent several years living in Boston, near the North Shore, and in Central Massachusetts, she has a good deal of knowledge about many of the cities and towns in these regions and is available to advise her clients on which areas may be well suited for their lifestyles and their budgets.

Laura possesses strong organizational, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills. She recognizes the importance of asking questions and getting accurate answers—from mortgage brokers, other real estate brokers and agents, attorneys, home inspectors, and other individuals involved in the real estate transaction. She focuses on minimizing any “surprises” that could adversely impact her client(s)’ position in the real estate transaction.

Laura is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts. She is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She regularly attends continuing education classes to keep up with the latest trends impacting home buying and selling.

Laura is an avid supporter of local animal shelters and animal rights. She enjoys participating in pet walks and other fundraisers for local charities such as Neady Cats, the MSPCA, Bay Path Humane Society, and the Lowell Humane Society, to raise awareness and much-needed funding for animal welfare programs across Massachusetts, making her the real estate broker for people and their pets.
